I first met Marty Perlmutter a couple of years back at my golf fundraiser for my brother and he asked if I would pass this along. He is going to ride his bicycle from Florida to Maine in June to raise money for the multiple myeloma foundation. Last weekend, he lost his best friend Roy Gross to the disease and Marty has set a goal of raising $20,000.

He has a better chance to obtain corporate sponsorships if he gets more people to “follow” him on his blog — the link is below. You don’t have to read it but if you could register as a “follower” it would enhance his chances of raising dollars from larger corporations.

 On Oct 24th at 0800 hours a few friends of mine and Dennis will Tee them up and play a round in his honor.
